FS#38 - Game desyncs the shooting state
Sometimes, especially if the server is crowded/a bit overloaded, if you hold the "shoot" mouse button, the bullets animation will keep playing, but you wont shoot any actual bullets. This keeps on forever, or until you release the mouse button and press it again.

Actually, it seems to be triggered by shooting/sprinting. In this other video, it seems a lot more pronounced, and triggered more reliably: https://streamable.com/2bg7d
I also run into this bug quite often, and it can easily get you killed if you think you're shooting but you're not. However I haven't been able to figure out what triggers it.
Do you have good ping/internet without packet loss? It happens on any server?
My internet is pretty good (100/50 fiber -> Wired Ethernet, pretty much 0 packet loss) but most of the servers are half way across the world from me, so my ping tends to be very high. The higher the ping, higher the chances of it happening. I coulnd't get it to do that at all on my own local server.
If I had to guess, I would say its something to do with packets getting to the server/client out of order (or maybe just being droped) when there is a burst of data to send, hence why sprinting/jumping and shooting at the same time triggers it.
